The Greenwich Office Park was designed by the architect Robert Schwartz who had a vision of incorporating what is a fast paced corporate environment into a tranquil setting. The construction of the Greenwich Office Park started with Building One in 1970 and ended with Building Nine in 1979, totaling 426,784 RSF. The office park stands out today as one of Greenwich's most prominent Class A structures reflective of a campus-like feeling in the Fairfield County market place. All nine buildings were constructed in a park-like setting on twenty four acres beautifully landscaped with two fresh water ponds.

Today the office park is home to many prestigious and well known firms within the Fairfield County and Metropolitan area. The office park is located only five minutes from all major highways and MetroNorth, ten minutes from Westchester County Airport, and less than one hour from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark Airports.
