(Nasdaq:USEY), a provider of customer-focused energy solutions, announced that it could not explain the trading activity in its common stock, though it noted that management has had discussions, but USEY has not entered into an agreement, regarding a potential combination with a private company in a related line of business. The US Energy board of directors will meet in the near future to determine whether this possible transaction should be pursued. No assurance can be given that such transaction will be pursued or that if pursued, it will be completed.
